Mail Settings for Email Programs

This article outlines the settings needed to access your email. E-mail may also be accessed using a web browser by clicking webmail in the menu or by clicking here.

IMAP Configuration Options (preferred)

Incoming Mail Server: mail.sisna.com
Incoming Mail Server port: 993
Incoming Mail Server requires SSL.

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.sisna.com
Outgoing Mail Server port is 465.
Outgoing Mail Server requires SSL.

The Outgoing Mail Server does require authentication. The E-mail address and associated password are your Sisna.com username and password.

POP Configuration Options (not recommended)

Incoming Mail Server: mail.sisna.com
Incoming Mail Server port: 995
Incoming Mail Server requires SSL.

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.sisna.com
Outgoing Mail Server port: 465
Outgoing Mail Server requires SSL.

The Outgoing Mail Server does require authentication. The E-mail address and associated password are the username and password.

Contact support if you need to move your archived isp.com emails to your new Sisna address.
